Last year, I commissioned Tom French to make a pair of Ceylon Sapphire and Diamond drop earrings for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that April, the manageress could not have been more helpful and my wife was absolutely delighted. I would not hesitate in recommending Tom and April as the place to go to for something special.
I can highly recommend Tom French Jewellery. Tom and Alice are such lovely people, experts in their craft, and their customer service is second to none. I would not go to any other Jewellers now I have found them and I don't think there is anything they cannot do!

I cannot recommend Tom and his coworkers April and Linda more highly. Tom is always a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful no matter how big or small the purchase or job. I had a number of items adjusted and an entirely new shank with diamond accents for a ring I already had ...which was nice but nothing special. It is now absolutely stunning! And has even been independently valued for far and above what I have paid for the ring originally , plus the upgrade from Tom. I also had another diamond set in a new mount from Tom and again I am just SO happy with it. Well done Tom, April and Linda.

EXCELLENT. Linda is a marvel. I made an enquiry for a piece of jewellery that wasnt on the website and within an hour Linda had sourced what I required. Customer service at its best. Tom and his team are always so friendly and knowledgeable. There are other jewellers but Tom French is by far the best jewellers in Ascot. In attitude, service and craftsmanship.
